We serve children from 6 weeks to 5 years old from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities, welcoming both faith and non-faith families.
What makes Primer Academia different?
Primer Academia de ABC is distinct from traditional preschools through its full Spanish immersion model, faith-based values, and play-based, holistic approach to early childhood development.
The key factors that make Primer Academia de ABC stand out include:
Full Spanish Immersion: Unlike standard bilingual programs, our curriculum is delivered entirely in Spanish. Children—from infants up to age 5—develop bilingual fluency and cultural awareness naturally through play, music, and daily routines.
Faith-Based Environment : We incorporate Christian values and Bible lessons into everyday learning, encouraging children to grow in “wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man.”
Play-Based Enrichment : Rather than relying on rigid, desk-based academics, Primer Academia uses hands-on learning. Daily activities include sensory play, gardening, sports, and the arts to encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
Flexible Schedules : We offer flexible enrollment options, including part-time schedules (for example, Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), with the option of before or after care, alongside more traditional preschool schedules.
Inclusive Community Focus : Founded in 2015 by Executive Director and Founder Ana Cardona, Primer Academia de ABC is committed to small, nurturing class sizes and a close, cooperative partnership with parents.
